Jaguar has been given the green light to begin product of their two seater concept C-X75 hybrid revealed at 2010 Paris motor show.
Initially it was thought that Jaguar would power the four electric engines attached to each wheel using a helicopter like turbine, but this has been put on hold for further development however they might include it in later models. In place of the turbine engines the C-X75 will use 145 kW compact petrol engines to generate electricity.
Jaguar will be working with the Williams Formula One team to develop the light weight carbon fiber chassis as well as some other elements to the car.
If you want one of these in your garage then you better act faster as they are planning a limited production run of just 250 units.
